Deine Aufgaben
Reporting Processes
- Responsibility for development and maintenance of Reporting and Business Intelligence (BI) processes for financial, sales, marketing, operations processes, including necessary IT developments (e.g.: ERP, DATEV, etc.).
- Establishment and assistance interactions between Nexaro and other relevant internal and external counterparts.
- Creation of a single-point-of-truth reporting platform to trace growth and profitability.
Accounting and controlling
Support all accounting and controlling activities to deliver legally binding documentation as well as management reporting in cooperation with the Financial Director.
- Elaborate and ensure all legal (and management) required documents are prepared and completed in due time (i.e.: balance sheets, annual tax documents, management reporting, etc.).
- Prepare and implement a consistent annual and monthly cashflow planning.
- Development and implementation of corrective measures for mayor deviations of the annual budget and financial targets of the business unit.
General: Support of business
- Support in the financial planning of product roadmap, commercial and services roadmaps Generate collegial knowledge and advice other colleagues (of any channel) for the exchange of experiences and best practices solutions to optimize efficiency in the organization.
- Initiate and provide training for the team (e.g. for SAP ByDesign, Tagetik, Power BI).
Dein Profil
- Successfully completed university studies with a focus in Controlling, finance or IT areas, master level preferred but not exclusive.
- Solid professional experience in comparable national/international and interdisciplinary Reporting and controlling functions.
- Database, Reporting and BI Know-How (Power-BI).
- Proven experience in the finance, tax, cashflow and controlling area (preferably in a small organization or start up).
- Structured, analytical and conceptual way of working.
- Very good exposure and working experience of SAP, DATEV or other ERP-systems.
- Hands-on-Mentality.
- Strong conceptualization of development and implementation of initiatives.
- Stamina, resistance and pro-active behaviour.
- Excellent communication skills (national and internationally).
- Business fluent English and at least one more western European language (written and spoken capabilities for both languages), German would be advantageous.
- High flexibility in work environments, assertiveness and team spirit (start-up environment).
- Proactive and self-starter, solution finder and implementation oriented work style.
- Some willingness to travel is requested (Germany or abroad if necessary).
